What happens after you send your feedback?

Once we receive your feedback, a DSU representative will reach out to

you as soon as possible through your preferred contact method.

Our team may ask you for further information to accurately investigate your feedback or complaint and address it accordingly.

If you are still dissatisfied with the outcome, you may lodge a complaint with external agencies.

For Victorian residents, complaints may be made through the

NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
